Further to the high pressure water jetting course that 4 of our engineers attended on Saturday 1st March 2014 I would like to express my thanks. The feedback from our engineers was that the course was extremely informative and eye opening at times but they were particularly impressed with the no nonsense approach.
The main benefit however in their opinion was the fact that the course was run by experienced drainage engineers who could relate to the everyday problems and situations our engineers face and therefore the insight your trainers have made the difference to courses that we have attended in the past run by ‘suited and booted’ guys who don’t have hands on experience.
Thanks again for all the work you have done to improve the drainage industry by offering certification courses that are worth attending.

As a plumbing, heating and drainage contractor who strive to meet with all heath and safety certification we are pleased that we finally have an organisation that can provide the required training needed within the drainage industry. We have sent 5 drainage engineers to the national drainage academy so far and all have passed their certification. We have wasted no time in informing our clients and advertise that fact that we are a certified drainage contractor. The courses ( I’m told ) are very informative and well presented, the trainers know what they are teaching because they themselves carry out this work on a day to day basis which inspires confidence in employers like myself. Their first hand knowledge makes a huge difference to the engineers attending these courses. I would have no problem advising all drainage contractors to follow our example.

I Congratulate you all for raising the bar with regards to the standard of drainage industry training courses available, In my 15 years within the trade I have attended numerous courses and can genuinely say the train 2 drain / National Drainage Academy courses are second to none, furthermore the fact that the courses are instructed by experienced drainage operatives who have actually provided the end product for many a year provides an instant mutual respect.
We are extremely impressed with the structure and content of the courses and have now sent several of our operatives on the courses available and every one of them has returned to us on the following Monday with an inspiredenthusiasm for providing our services and an appetite to further their careers within the industry by attending more courses run by your organisation.
